I am offering a “Shape the Future” circle for individuals who want to step into their future with intention. That future might be a new job or career, a new business, retirement, or simply wanting to enhance what they currently have.

Circles are powerful on many levels. The process and curriculum guides you through the process of creating your desired future through the steps of discovery, creation and realization – a step at a time. I’ll be there as a guide, sharing insights and helping you navigate the process. More importantly, your journey is shared with others – who both support and challenge you. You will learn from them – and they will learn from you. You’ll develop a deep and rich network of individuals that will help you create the life you are shaping. And participants report that one of the biggest benefits is the accountability that is created – the circle and the individuals around it will help you do what needs done.

The Shape the Future Circle is a 12 month experience – with a combination of face to face circle work (held in Central Indiana) and virtual sessions.
