Blogging can be a lonely endeavor… write, post, get a few comments. It’s hard for me to tell what posts resonated, which ones caused you to pause and consider, or which ones spoke to you.
I want to know what you liked – and what areas I should spend more focus on in the coming year – and need your help. I’m conducting a simple contest. Listed below are the top 10 posts for 2014, based on web stats.
The Power of Words
The Hard Truth about Transformation
Can you be too Lean?
When to Quit, Hang it Up, or Throw in the Towel
Just Ask
Why you Should Might Want to Banish This Word From Your Vocabulary
Do Emotions Have a Place at Work?
Why 60 is Better than 16
My Gift to You
Weigh in and tell me which post is your favorite. If you’re feeling prolific, you might add why, but that is not required.
The poll will be open until Friday, January 23rd – so VOTE HERE NOW! I’ll randomly select three people from all those who respond – and they’ll get a signed copy of my book, The Leader’s Guide to Turbulent Times.

My favorite is about TRANSFORMATION. We have become a society believing that instant gratification is our due. This blog is a great reminder that worthwhile goals and change require time, focus, work, patience and help from a support network. Forward baby steps can have amazing results! It has worked for me,but my impatient nature still kicks in and tries to take over. Thank you for the wake up call!
