Ray has 27 years of experience as an Executive Coach and Organizational Consultant to over 100 organizations.
Ray was a Senior Manager with Deloitte Consulting and Ernst & Young. He received his MBA from Case Western Reserve University, which included the doctoral-level curriculum in Organizational Behavior and a concentration in Information Technology, and pursued post-graduate education in Organizational Behavior at The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
