Experience and Education
Ken spent 28 years with Eli Lilly in a variety of management roles in Human Resources, Research and Development, Product Development, Manufacturing, Clinical Trials, Industrial Health and Safety, and Training and Development. In that time he also developed a department focused on coaching individuals, teams and executives within Lilly.
He has done extensive business and leadership focused post-graduate work at the Cleveland Gestalt Institute, and the Gestalt International Study Center (Cape Cod).
In addition to Ken’s proprietary material, he has Master Practitioner certifications and extensive international experience with Myers Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B, and Asherman Negotiator models
