I’m Kris Taylor—leadership consultant, author, teacher, retreat guide, and founder of Evergreen Leadership and co-founder of LEAP and Apeiron. My path has always been about change—how we move through it, how we lead through it, and how we emerge more whole because of it.

For over two decades, I’ve walked alongside leaders navigating complexity, uncertainty, and transformation. I began my career in corporate America, rising through eleven roles in thirteen years at a Fortune 200 company. That journey taught me the language of business and the mechanics of organizational life. But it was what happened beneath the surface—the moments of misalignment, burnout, and disconnect—that taught me what really matters: integrity, trust, courage, and the willingness to question inherited scripts.

In 2004, I founded what would become Evergreen Leadership to help leaders build trust, foster collaboration, and lead with agility. I’ve had the privilege of working with over 100 organizations across industries—from healthcare and education to energy and manufacturing. I’ve taught at Purdue, co-founded LEAP to support independent consultants, and then co-founded Aperion, an abundance-minded community of independent consultants. Along the way, I’ve authored two books to guide others through professional and personal evolution: The Leader’s Guide to Turbulent Times and Owning It: Take Control of Your Work, Life, and Career.

But here’s the truth: Even as I helped others grow, something deeper within me was stirring.
